What to Expect
  1. You will continue to receive monthly statements, but the payment amount due will read zero.
  2. If you are on a current payment plan, it will automatically be canceled.
  3. If you are set up on EFT, your regular monthly payments will be suspended until your next due date.
  4. If you are set up on the online KHEPAY system to make payments monthly, you must cancel or suspend future payments.
