If you want to change your e-mail address, please log in to EPIC and click on the My EPIC Profile link on the left hand navigation bar.

How do I discontinue this notification method and get statements mailed to me?
Click on the Cancel EPIC Service link in the left navigation bar of the website and follow the steps for canceling the service.
How do I look at my previous statements/correspondence?
If you would like to keep a permanent record of your documents, please visit the Correspondence History tab and download or print your documents.
Why am I receiving paper notices when I enrolled in EPIC?
We are converting to a new version of EPIC. Billing statements will be the first available electronic correspondence, followed by disclosures,
quarterly interest and other letters. You may receive paper documents via postal mail in the interim; however, please know that we are
diligently working toward reducing our paper output by providing everything you need electronically.
